As all orders are handmade to order, there will be a 10 business day turnaround from when we receive your order and payment, until it is despatched.  If in this 10 day period, an Australian public holiday happens to fall, the turnaround will be extended by that time. 

The delivery policy within Australia should take about 1 to 7 business days and international buyers should take about 3 to 14 business days.  Please understand that international delivery delays are a postal or customs delay.  We do combine post so please ask before placing your order. 

If there is to be any unforseen delay, we will notify you immediately.

Our products are sent via Australia Post's Regular Parcel Service for destinations within Australia.  The expected delivery time indicated by Australia Post is 2 to 4 business days.  Postage costs for your order will be calculated as soon as your order is received and you will be notified of this amount by return email.  If you use the services of a preferred courier, then please let us know and we can make arrangements to have your order shipped to you in this way.

For International customers, our products will be sent to you via Australia Post Air Freight and you will be advised of this cost when your order is placed.  Please note that any delays after your order has been shipped is due to postal and customs delays.  We will email you when your order is shipped.
