Payment Policy
We do not offer credit accounts to our customers and require payment prior to shipment of goods. Our preferred payment method is through Paypal.
However, for wholesale customers, the following methods of payment are acceptable - electronic bank deposit into our bank account, Australia Post money order and business/bank cheques. Sorry! No personal cheques will be accepted. If you wish to pay by electronic bank deposit, please contact us at accounts and we will forward the necessary information to you.
We offer returns only if due to a manufacturing fault or a wrong item sent out. Postage and the item costs will be fully refunded if it is determined that a manufacturing fault has occurred or the dispatch of an incorrect item has occurred.
Sorry! No returns or refunds on a change of mind.
Please notify us by email at sales if you wish to return an item. Also remember to include in your invoice number to expedite your return request.
Step 1: Faulty item should be returned within 7 days for a full refund. For International customers, proof that the item has been posted back within 7 days is acceptable. Upon receiving the item at Celtic Bath & Beauty, we will determine whether you will receive a full money back refund.
Step 2: Item must be in the original condition in which it was received.
